Island is a 2022 horror K-drama based on the webtoon of the same name written by Yoon In Wan and illustrated by Yang Kyung Il. A second season of the series was released in 2023. Both seasons are available to watch on Amazon Prime. It features Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Cha Eun Woo, Sung Joon, Go Doo Shim, and Park Geun Hyung, among others.

But a few people start becoming suspicious about its activities and begin an investigation involving these mysterious events. 

The horror K-drama Hellbound is adapted from the webcomic of the same name written by Yeon Sang Ho and illustrated by Choi Kyu Seok. It has 6 episodes in total, and you can catch them on Netflix. It features Yoo Ah In, Kim Hyun Joo, Yang Ik Jun, Park Jung Min, Won Jin Ah, and Ryu Kyung Soo, among others.

All Of Us Are Dead is a 2022 horror K-drama based on the webtoon series of the same name by Joo Dong Geun. All 12 episodes of this series are available to watch on Netflix. It features Park Ji Hu, Yoon Chan Young, Park Solomon, Cho Yi Hyun, Yoo In Soo, Kim Byung Chul, Lee Kyu Hyung, Lee You Mi and more.

When the king of Joseon succumbed to smallpox, the rumors of his death started spreading. The mysterious circumstances related to his death led the Crown Prince and his guard to search for Lee Seung Hui, the last physician, to treat his father. Soon, a terrifying disease plagues the village. 

Kingdom is a 2019 horror K-drama written by screenwriter Kim Eun Hee and directed by Kim Sung Hoon. The series also has a sequel and a spinoff movie, which are available on Netflix. It features Ju Ji Hoon, Ryu Seung Ryong, and Bae Doo Na. Kim Sung Gyu, Kim Chan Yi, Kim Sang Ho, and more.

Sweet Home is a 2020 horror K-drama based on the webtoon of the same name by Kim Kan Bi and Hwan Young Chan. The series has 10 episodes, and all of them are available on Netflix. It features Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young, Lee Do Hyun, Go Min Si, and more. A second season of Sweet Home is set to release in 2023.
