The live adaptation of Io Sakisaka’s Japanese manga series is set to release on September 22, 2023.
The series has been confirmed to have 8 episodes and will continue until November 10, 2023.
New episodes will be released every week on Friday. A second season of the series is also confirmed.
Ao Haru Ride Plot
The series is a live adaptation of the manga series named Ao Haru Ride by Io Sakisaka, which was published in 2011.
There is also a live-movie adaptation of the movie called Blue Spring Ride, which was released in 2014. Along with it, there is a 13-episode anime adaptation as well.
Here we follow Futaba Yoshioka. In middle school, Futaba used to like Kou Tanaka, a quiet and gentle boy. But then they lost contact once Kou moved away.
But now, after three years, he has appeared once again in front of her as Kou Mabuchi, and he is nothing like he used to be.
As they slowly start to open up once again, Futaba realizes what happened to him and starts to develop feelings for him once again.
