Dark Gathering Episode 8 Recap
Dark Gathering Episode 8 was titled Betrothed To Divinity. In this episode, we got introduced to Keitaro’s new student Ai Kamiyo. They went to a restaurant for their class since Ai was struggling to focus at home. But as soon as the class was over, a water glass broke on Ai’s head.
Keitaro noticed the presence of a ghost near her. Later, Ai confirmed that she had been experiencing bad luck for a long time.
It even caused the death of her brother. Keitaro went to Yayoi to tell her about the situation. Yayoi sensed the spirits of a God and Ai’s brother. She captured the spirit of God. But when Keitaro returned home, he dreamt of God and felt Ai was in danger.
Keitaro and Yayoi immediately went to her place. They found out that the spirit that was trying to hurt Ai was her brother. She also revealed that a certain God has been in love with her and has promised to take her when she turns twenty.
Yayoi and Keitaro came to the conclusion that Ai is betrothed to Divinity. Later, they also found out that God was leaking energy out of Ai and that evil ghosts were pursuing her. Yayoi, Eiko, and Keitaro hurried to get Ai out of her flat. The episode concluded with Keitaro discovering that the evil spirits have already arrived.
Dark Gathering Episode 9 Preview
We see in the previous episode that evil spirits were already at Ai’s flat before they left. In episode 9, you may expect some amazing action scenes.
Keitaro will have to attack the spirits, and Yayoi will definitely accompany him. There is also a possibility of meeting the God who is in love with Ai in the next episode.
