My Happy Marriage Episode 10 Recap
The previous episode, My Happy Marriage Episode 10, was titled Summer Cherry Blossoms and the Mistake. In this episode, we see Kiyoka escort Miyo to the address provided by Arata Tsuruki.
Here we meet Arata and Yoshiro Usuba, Miyo’s cousin and grandfather. They revealed that Miyo lacked Spirit-Sight, the indicator of supernatural abilities in a person. But she possessed Dream Sight, which is an exceptionally powerful ability that is capable of influencing the dreams of others.
They also suggested letting Miyo stay there as it would help her recover faster. But Kiyoka didn’t like this proposition, which led to Arata challenging him to a duel. Kiyoka easily overpowered him, but when Arata created a clone of Miyo, Kiyoka ultimately lost the duel.
Back at home, Kiyoka regretted leaving Miyo but hesitated to go and bring her back. Hazuki felt irritated and explained to him that Miyo actually wanted to be with him, and Kiyoka needed to go and bring her back.
Kiyoka had to depart for work when he received news of Grotesqueries beginning to unite their forces. He knew that this was more important as it involved the safety of civilians, and Miyo would also feel that way.
When Arata received the news, he tried to mischaracterize Kiyoka to Miyo. He also revealed the extent of Arata’s powers and that she can enter anyone’s dreams and brainwash them. This made even the most formidable individual vulnerable to her, and everyone needed to sleep.
He also revealed that her powers had remained hidden because of Sumi. The episode concluded as we saw Takaihito feeling uneasy as he observed the red sky. On the other hand, we saw the mysterious old man who felt ecstatic at the idea of eliminating those who posed a threat to him.
