Paradox Live Plot
Paradox Live is a Japanese mixed media project which was created in 2019 by Avex Pictures and GCREST. This Japanese hip-hop project revolves around 29 voice actors and the rap battles between each faction.
It is set in the near future, where amongst the Hip-Hop culture rises a new movement called the “Phantom Live”. Here, rappers create illusions that are linked to their emotions using chemically reactive accessories to encourage young people on a brilliant stage. However, behind the scenes, they always suffer from traumatic illusions as side effects.
The series mainly revolves around four groups who are immensely popular – BAE, The Cat’s Whiskers, Cozmez and Akan Yatsura. They lead the way to the legendary club called CLUB PARADOX where they battle against each other to prove their worth as the number 1.
