The anime series Shy just had its first broadcast and the fans just can’t wait to know more about Tery Momijiyama.

The series is being produced at 8bit studios by director Masaomi Ando who is known for his 2019 anime series Astra Lost In Space.

Shy Plot

This was originally a Japanese superhero manga series by Bukii Miki. It was released in 2019 in Akita Shonen’s Shonen manga magazine. In the series, we follow a girl named Teru Momijiyama. 

When the earth was on the brink of a third world war, superheroes came forth from each country to end conflicts and bring peace to the world.  When she becomes Shy, the Japanese superhero, Teru has to fight alongside other heroes to ward off evils from the world.

At the same time, she has to deal with her severe shyness and all the fears and uncertainties that come with being a hero.

Shy Episode Release Dates

The series is expected to release 24 episodes over two cours. New episodes will be available to watch every week on Tuesday and here is the schedule for the first cour.
