10. Aquamarine Hoshino
The anime male lead of Hoshi No Ko is Aquamarine Hoshino, the son of rising icon Ai and twin brother to Ruby. He has faced quite a significant character development. He is literally not the same person as at the beginning of the series.
He was a doctor and a fan of patient Ai in his previous life when he was killed by a stalker of Ai. He later reincarnated as Ai’s child. Unfortunately, once again, he was stripped of his happiness when his mother also got killed by the same stalker.
The tragedy changed him into becoming more cold and calculated, leading him down the dark paths to avenge his mother. But he genuinely cares about the people around him, though he might take some extreme steps to protect them.
9. Guel Jeturk
Guel Jeturk is one of the characters in Mobile Suit Gundam The Witch From Mercury. The character has gone through major character developments throughout the series, making him stand out from others.
Initially, he had a quick temperament and had a very rough temperament. He was described as arrogant, insulting, and a narcissistic bully.
It was after he stopped receiving funds from Vim and assumed the identity of Bob that he became very sensitive to others’ feelings. His selfishness is replaced by a willingness to help in later episodes.

Senku Ishigami is the anime male lead in the series Dr Stone. He is a straightforward, confident, and logical person. But his overconfidence does not cloud his judgment. He is often misinterpreted as arrogant.
But even though he belittles everyone around him who is less knowledgeable, he has a caring and genuine personality. His charisma makes others gather around him and look up to him. He is determined and has a strong sense of justice.
6. Tanjiro Kamado
Kamado is one of the anime’s main leads in Demon Slayer who is one of the Demon Slayers in the Demon Slayer Corps. He has joined the Corps to find a remedy to turn his interest back into a human and avenge her by killing demons to prevent others from suffering the same fate.
Tanjiro has been described by others as a kind and compassionate person with gentle eyes. He has a great deal of determination and would do anything to achieve his goals.

Yamada Akito is the anime male lead in the series My Love Story With Yamada Kun At Lv999. The series is bringing into the spotlight the lives of autistic individuals in light of Autism Awareness Month in April. Yamada is a 19-year-old autistic-coded pro gamer.
Yamada is reserved and withdrawn, which is often misinterpreted as rudeness or coldness by people around him. He has a hard time expressing himself and often tends to keep to himself.

Just like his reputation, Gabimaru is calm and apathetic even in the most dangerous situations. He is straightforward and has his eyes on his goals that he would do anything to achieve. In contrast to this, he acts differently when he is with his wife.
In front of Yui, Gabimaru acts nervous and embarrassed, always trying to act not so stoic-like. Even though he might be obnoxious from time to time, Gabimaru is a very genuine person who is also a terrible liar.
1. Ichikawa Kyoutarou
Ichigawa Kyoutarou is the anime male lead of the hit series Dangers In My Heart. He is an unpopular teenager who is a fan of true crimes and has delusions of becoming a murderer despite his empathetic personality.
He is a bitter social outcast who likes to imagine violent fantasies involving the popular students of his school. He freezes in social situations, dislikes people who aren’t considerate of others, and who bully or objectify others.
However, the series does a great job of developing his character and genuinely expressing it, which immediately won all our hearts.
