Crash Course On Romance is a K-drama of 2023. The series revolves around Nam Haeng Sun who had to retire from her athletic career and is now running a humble side dish store. Her cheerful personality and boundless tenacity caught the attention of Choi Chi Yeol, the most popular private instructor also known as the 1 Billion Won Man. 

Even though he has been seeing growing success in his career, he has grown irritable due to this. His whole life revolves around his career and he has trouble sleeping and eating. Though they have opposite personalities, when both meet, a deeper connection starts to blossom.

There she meets Nam Si Heon, who resembles her late boyfriend Koo Yeon Jun. His best friend Jung In Kyu develops feelings for Kwon Min Joo. The series follows the trio in a time-twisting romance. 

A Time Called You is a Netflix original K-drama of 2023. All of the 12 episodes are available on its platform. It features Ahn Hyo Seop, Jeon Yeo Been, Kang Hoon, Seo Ye Hwa, Lee Min Goo, Jang Hye Jin and more.

5. The Worst Of Evil

The Worst Of Evil is a K-drama of 2023. It is in the 90s Seoul, where a former DJ starts selling a new powerful drug nicknamed ‘Gangnam Crystal’. The drug immediately became very popular in nightclubs, resulting in the formation of a gangster organization. 

Rural police officer Park Jun Mu is assigned to track down this drug trafficking organization. He is ordered to sneak into the organization, only to discover his wife, Yoo Eui Jung, who is also a detective, has volunteered to participate in this dangerous mission. 

She has an unspeakable past with this underground drug king. Park Jun Mu gives his all to fight the drug cartel while also protecting his wife’s safety at all times. The series features Ji Chang Wook, Wi Ha Joon, Im Se Mi, and others. All the episodes of The Worst of Evil are available on Disney+. 

4. Revenant

Ku San Young is busy working part-time during the day and studying at night to become a public officer. But one day, she receives some articles left by her late father. After that, mysterious deaths start taking place around her, and slowly, she finds herself changing. 

Yeoman Hae Sang is a professor of Korean folklore at a university who could see demons ever since he was a child. He finds the demon that killed his mother in Ku San Young. Lee Hong Sae is a lieutenant in the violent crimes investigation team who only cares about advancing in his career. Due to Yeom Hae Sang and Ku San Young, he gets involved in supernatural cases.

Revenant is a K-drama of 2023 written by Kim Eun Hee. It stars Kim Tae Ri, Oh Jung Se, Hong Kyung, and more. It is available to watch on Disney+ and Hulu

3. Moving

Moving is a K-drama of 2023. It is a Disney+ series and based on the webtoon of the same name by Kang Full. The series will be directed by Park In Je, who is known for directing the second season of the hit zombie series Kingdom. 

It stars Ryu Seung Ryong, Han Hyo Joo, Zo In Sung, Cha Tae Hyun, Ryu Seung Beom, Kim Sung Kyun, Kim Hee Won, Moon Sung Geun, Lee Jung Ha, Go Young Jung, Kim Do Hoon among others.

The series will feature a bunch of high school kids who may look like ordinary students but possess special abilities. Kim Bong Seok can fly, while Jang Hee Soo has the impossible athletic ability and can recover rapidly. On the other hand, Lee Gang Hoon has excellent speed and power.

We follow them as they learn to control their abilities while their parents try to protect them from people who want to use them for bad purposes. This Disney+ original high school K-drama has 20 episodes in total. 

2. King The Land

King The Land is this year’s most anticipated Rom-Com K-Drama starring Lee Junho of 2 PM and YoonA of Girls Generation. It is going to be a love story between Gu Won, a chaebol heir who can’t stand fake smiles, and Cheon Sa Rang, a diligent employee known for her irresistible smile.

Gu Won is the heir of The King Group, a VVIP business lounge who gets thrown into an inheritance fight. With his brilliant mind and captivating looks, on the outside, it looks like he has it all. But he hides the deep trauma of losing his mother at a very young age. He returns to the King Hotel in hopes of recovering memories of his mother. This is where he meets Cheon Sarang.

With her irresistible smile, polite personality, and outstanding personality, Cheon Sa Rang has worked her way up through the ranks at King Hotel. Among her colleagues, she is known as the ‘queen of smiles’. But there is more to her. After getting to clock out for the day, she is bright and playful and enjoys living her life outside the hotel.

With vastly different backgrounds and polar opposite personalities, Gu Won and Cheon Sarang just can’t stand each other. However, as they spend more and more time together, they gradually develop a romantic relationship. Watch King The Land on Netflix.

1. The Glory

The Glory is a K-drama of 2023 featuring Song Hye Kyo, Lee Do Hyun, Im Ji Yeon and others. It was written by Kim Eun Sook and directed by Ahn Gil Ho. The series follows a high school student who is working hard to achieve her dream of becoming an architect.

It all changes when she becomes a victim of high school bullying. Years later, the perpetrator gets married, has a kid and has been living happily. The victim starts her plan for a thorough revenge on the perpetrators and bystanders who ruined her life.
